Today the Upper Delaware River Valley is feeling the effects of the former Hurricane Ivan as it left behind large quantities of rainfall over the entire region. The Delaware is expected to crest Sunday at over 28 feet.

Roads have been washed out and bridges closed due to the flooding. Matamorus, Pennsylvania has been evacuated and power to the town turned off! Even the evacuation center has been evacuated.
