Nothing but Weather

Today the rain from what is left of hurricane Jeanne, the forth hurricane to hit Florida in a single season, all within six weeks of each other is falling on my house. I really don’t like to work in the rain but it looks like I don’t have much choice today.

The last time four hurricanes hit the same state in a single season was 118 years ago when it happened to Texas. You have to feel sorry for the people of Florida. Perhaps they should consider moving to a safer part of the country. Then again I guess that during much of the year Florida is an attractive place to live. Oh well, as they say “too each his own.” Here in the North East we have to deal with snow, ice and an occasional blizzard.

I find that I am missing valuable blog time here at Wind Rider since I started my other blog Savage Nation. I must find more time here. Enough of this for now.
